Homely and down-to-earth, modern and open: our family has been welcoming you to the Hotel Gasthof zur Post in Wolfegg for half a century now.
Where horses were changed over 200 years ago, today the paths of cyclists, car travelers and international concert audiences cross. In one of our five separate restaurant areas you will always find a cozy place to linger.
Our chef still cooks himself and conjures up Swabian and creative dishes.
And if you don’t want to move on in the evening, you can simply spend the night in one of our 19 rooms.

Our room prices are all inclusive of breakfast.
In addition to your room rate, there is a tourist tax of €0.80 per night per adult.
You are welcome to use the large parking lot in front of our inn or the smaller one behind the inn free of charge.
The tourist tax is € 0.80 per night per adult.
You can cancel your room free of charge up to 24 hours before the day of arrival. If you cancel your room on the day of arrival or 24 hours before the day of arrival, we will charge the full amount.
You are welcome to store your bicycles or motorcycles in our garage free of charge.
If your child sleeps in your bed, it is free of charge.
Children sleeping in an extra bed are charged at 26€/night in the main house and 29€/night in the wooden house.
We provide baby cribs free of charge.
You are welcome to bring your dog with you on request. Please note that dogs are only allowed in the main house, dogs are not allowed in the wooden house (comfort rooms) as these are allergy-friendly rooms.
For your dog in the main house we charge 10€/night.
Unfortunately, we do not have an elevator for our guests. All our rooms are located either on the 1st or 2nd floor.

Our restaurant and beer garden are open daily for you:
Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 10:00 – 22:00
Wednesday from 16:00 – 22:00
Tuesday day off
Yes, we have hot meals throughout the day.
From 11:30 – 14:00 we serve you our large menu and
from 14:00 – 17:30 our afternoon menu with warm dishes.
You can have a snack from 14:00 – 22:00
You are welcome to reserve your table in the restaurant or beer garden in advance. If you are significantly late, please let us know. If you are not there after 30 minutes, we can give the table to another guest.
Whether it’s a wedding, birthday, christening, communion, confirmation or company celebration – we are sure to find the right venue in one of our 5 dining rooms or the large hall and the right food for you. Either à la carte or a menu put together for you.
You are welcome to bring your dog into the restaurant or beer garden. However, they must be kept on a lead.
In summer and in good weather, we generally reserve a place for you in the beer garden. If you prefer to sit inside, please let us know. In very bad weather or rain, the beer garden is not open and we reserve all seats inside.

You are welcome to have breakfast with us every day from 7:00 – 10:00 as an external visitor.
